Michael "Coach Dubb" Williams has 20 plus years of experience coaching basketball. Coach Dubb has coached on every level, ranging from Park District, High School, Junior College, D-1, NAIA and presently D-3. Coach Dubb has coached several players who have gone on to play professionally.

He has also produced three D-1 scholarship basketball players during his tenure as a head girls basketball coach. He has led several schools to the most single season wins in school history.

Coach Dubb believes in stressing fundamentals, team play and a positive attitude from all of his players. During his current tenure as the Head Coach at Blackburn College, Coach Dubb was named Conference Coach of the Year twice in four years.

Coach Dubb loves coaching basketball, and credits coaching Idol, Pat Summit for being a huge inspiration.

RODNEY 'SKY' WALKER:   Head Boys Coach @ Decatur Eisenhower H.S


Rodney “SKY” Walker is a Decatur Illinois native who was a standout basketball player at St.Teresa High School.  He averaged 32 pts per game and scored over 1,300 points in only two seasons with a mouth dropping 52pts in a single game. He became the Macon County player of the year in 1991. After spending two years on the JUCO circuit at Glen Oaks C.C, Skywalker was ranked the # 1 & 4th best shooting guard in the country by Streets & Smith and the Sporting News.  In 1993 “Sky”Walker chose the nationally ranked New Mexico State University “AGGIES” to continue his basketball career.  

Accolades included: All-Big West, 1st team, All Big West Tournament, Team MVP, Team leading scorer at 16 points per game, Big West Player of the week, NCAA appearance, Pre Season N.I.T All tournament, U.S Basketball writers All-district, NABC All district, NABC Dunk contestant, best defender and much more.  After being drafted C.B.A (Grand Rapids, MI), SkyWalker took the show overseas where he became an international star.  Taipei City Taiwan, Geelong Australia, Kuala Lumpur Malaysia, Tampere, Finland and Joinville, Brazil are the countries that Skywalker called home for the remainder of his playing career. While in Australia in 1999 a championship was won, while being named the team MVP, League scoring leader, Schweppes Dunk champion and the finals MVP. Prior to 1999, another championship was won in KL, Malaysia in 1998, where Skywalker was named the finals MVP with a whopping 44pts!

After the 2005 season in Brazil, SkyWalker returned to the states and started the ground work on the SkyWalker International Sports Complex! The doors opened in 2007, and the SkyWalker International Sports Complex has become a hot spot for basketball talent and player development.  With basketball being the priority, the complex also consist of boxing, volleyball, boot camp, MMA, and much more.  With over 15 years of player development, Rodney “Sky” Walker and Michael “Dubb” Williams are looking forward to offering the City of Decatur Illinois and surrounding towns, the opportunity to perform at a high level and receive the proper exposure they need to excel in the college arena!
